As I did not find any info about the power of the secondary weapon anywhere, I did my own tests.
How much damage do the units do if they have run out of ammo?
This is particularly interesting for the mega tank which may easily run out of ammo with its 3 shots ammo supply.

* I performed the test attack on a base and calculated the predicted damage / 0.7 and rounded the result to arrive at this estimate.

Apparently there is no difference in the secondary attacks of the Megatank and the Neotank.

The biggest surprise to me was that the MD Tank without ammo CANNOT fire on another MD tank without ammo. This is probably a bug / glitch.
Another minor surprise is that the MD Tank does slightly more damage to the tank than to the Antiair with the secondary weapon.

The MD tank glitch has surely not been fixed. As far as I know there is no further development of awbw for several years now.
There is some king of maintenance though. When the site hangs the dev fixes it somehow (probably by a server restart) by amarriner.
